Kick off!
Written by Tiny Terry
As said in an earlier post, we were going to have a big meeting this weekend to discuss further details of our little project. We decided to do it over a good old traditional Norwegian dinner, Fårikål!
It all started pretty good, we went to buy the ingredients needed for our dinner:
Cabbage
Lamb meat
Whole pepper
Salt
Potatoes
We then went to Väla to look at some bikes at Sportsson bikes, and found some bikes which were pretty cool and suitable (weird how expensive things are when you are out scouting like this). Later we went to Burger King to get some Angry Whopper and awesome chili cheese (need to store some energy before our training).
Making the fårikål was pretty easy, and it had to cook for around 2-3 hours, our opportunity to discuss our plans for the race!

fårikål in the making
But as always, its easy to get a little bit side tracked. It turns out that Tottenham Hotspur were playing against Bolton this afternoon, and of course, I had to watch this. Gary had also received Need For Speed Shift as a birthday present, and the other two had to try this out.
Suddenly our guests arrived, just in time for some more Playstation 3 and our awesome dinner. Nothing beats great beer with fårikål, and it was time for us to store some more energy!

aaaah... Fårikål... NAM!
Now that we have discovered our hidden talents in cooking, we will try to do this more often and include it in our blog.
Hopefully, my bike will arrive later this week, and Gary's might be on his way as well.
Let the training begin!
PS! I just found out that Frank manages to cheat on cointossing at work, so we all should keep an extra eye on him during the race.
